Our Approach

Our service commences with a FREE, no-obligation kitchen, bedroom or home office design and planning service. The result of this will be a full colour, computer generated design that will enable you to visualise your dream kitchen, bedroom or office.

A visit to our showroom prior to requesting a survey and plan is highly advisable in order to inspire your thought process and show you what can be achieved in the smallest or largest space. You will be able to discuss your requirements with one of the design team who will guide your decision making and make the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

How we work

  • Initial Contact

We normally encourage you to visit one of our showrooms for an initial chat and to show you around. From this point we would then make an appointment for our designer to visit your property to measure the kitchen, bedroom or home office area so that they can begin the design process. 

  • The Design Visit

Our designer will visit your property to measure the area and discuss your requirments in more detail. The design visit will usually last around an hour but can last longer if needed.

  • The Design

Following the design visit, our designer will return to the showroom to work on your plan using a 3D Computer Aided Design software, this will help you visualise your new kitchen, bedroom or home office. The designer will compile your wish list to create a design which makes the best use of space and budget whilst creating a space you are delighted with. 

  • The Presentation

When the design is ready we will contact you to arrange for you to come into the showroom to view the design and spend some time going through the various options in the showroom to complete your design such as kitchen appliance specs, taps, handles, worktops, flooring, glass splashbacks, and bedroom or home office internals. 

  • Paperwork

When you are happy with your design and have agreed on the price we will take a 25% deposit. We will then schedule your installation and prepare your final paperwork which will include a detailed summary of your order including plans and visuals and a project schedule. We will organise a technical survey to ensure the installation will run smoothly. A week prior to the furniture being delivered a second payment of 70% is required and the balance is due on completion. 

  • Installation 

Our friendly and approachable fitting team will arrive as scheduled to complete the installation. Throughout the process our project manager will regularly visit site and be a point of contact in the showroom should you have any queries.
